The Hydrus Weight Loss Plan
This plan will help you lose weight. The benefits of the plan are:
-
Does not cost any money; you might even save money
-
Tried and tested (by me)
-
Requires minimal, sustainable, dietary changes
You are thinking: "Hah, too good to be true. what are the
disadvantages?". Well:
-
Will take up your leisure time
-
Weight loss is gradual and requires commitment
-
May not work (you are not me)
You're still reading, eh? OK, here's the plan:
-
Walk at least 2 miles, at least five times a week. You have to
walk as fast as you can without looking like an idiot (at least
more of an idiot than you already do). If you don't get back home
out of breath, it's not working.
-
Cut out 25% of your alcohol intake.
-
No snacks between meals (especially cakes and biscuits). OK to
indulge once on Saturday and Sunday.
-
Stop eating meals as soon as you are not hungry.
Following this plan, I lost 8lbs in two months, i.e. approximately a
pound a week. The weight loss is not continuous and you will seem
to stick at the same weight sometimes. This is when commitment and
persistence is required.
Good luck.
